Access Pay Stubs

Current employees can view their pay statements by following these steps:

1. In Vantage http://vantage.access.utah.gov/  click Pay Summary to open the Pay dashboard.


2. Click View Pay Slips to open the page where you can view previous pay statements.


Click the paperclip icon to view, Download PDF or Print your pay statement.

Former State of Utah employees can request pay statements by emailing payroll@utah.gov. For an efficient response they should include:

  • Date(s) of the pay statement(s) being requested

  • Full name

  • Employment identification number (EIN)

  • Last four digits of their social security number (if the EIN is unknown, include the full social security number)

  • Birth date
