How do I access my electronic W-2?

How do I access my electronic W-2?

Please try the following:
  • log into ESS
  • go to the "home" or "payroll" tab
  • click on W-2 Forms

  1. make sure the year is in the "year" box
  2. click the line of the w-2
  3. click display
  4. your w-2 should show up at the bottom of the page
