Opt Out of W-2 Mailing

All active employees will be able to access their W-2s electronically in Vantage. These steps will walk you through how to opt out of W2 mailing.

  1. Log in to Vantage http://vantage.access.utah.gov/ 

  2. Click the Pay Summary tile


Update

  1. Click the Manage W-2 Information tab

  2. Change: Would you like to receive your W-2 Tax Form electronically? to Yes

  3. Click Save Preference



*If you leave employment, your W2 will automatically be changed back to a mailed copy. Please ensure that your address is current.
